- Severe toothache with swelling or fever
- Broken/cracked tooth with pain or sharp edges
- Dental abscess (serious infection)
- Bleeding that won’t stop

Yes, absolutely. We have a dedicated emergency team available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our emergency line (555) 911-HELP is always answered by a real person within 8 seconds on average. We respond to emergency calls within 12 minutes in our service area.
Emergency appointments are billed at standard rates for the specific treatment needed. There’s no separate “emergency fee” beyond the regular treatment cost. Insurance typically covers emergency treatment the same as scheduled treatment. We provide cost estimates before any work begins.
For most dental emergencies, call us first. We have specialized equipment and expertise for dental issues. Go to the ER for:
- Severe facial trauma or jaw fracture
- Difficulty breathing or swallowing
- Uncontrolled bleeding

For everything else, we’ll save you time, money, and get you better treatment.
Warranties & Guarantees
4 questionsWe stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties:
- Fillings: 2 years
- Crowns & bridges: 5 years
- Dental implants: 10 years (lifetime on certain premium implants)
- Veneers: 5 years
- Dentures: 3 years
- Root canals: 5 years
Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear and damage from accidents or neglect aren’t covered.
Warranties are voided by:
- Trauma or accidents (separate insurance may apply)
- Failure to maintain regular check-ups (every 6 months)
- Poor oral hygiene or neglect
- Work performed by another dentist
- Teeth grinding without a protective night guard
- Use of teeth for non-food purposes (opening packages, etc.)
We provide detailed warranty terms with every treatment plan.
Yes. If you’re not satisfied with any treatment, please tell us within 30 days. We’ll either re-do the work at no charge or refund your payment — your choice. We’re committed to your complete satisfaction and stand behind every procedure.
For most treatments, the warranty is tied to the work itself, not the location. If you move and need warranty service, we’ll either arrange care with a trusted partner dentist in your new area or discuss your options. Some restrictions may apply for certain premium materials.
